Makeup For PAC 'Kuriose' & BJFA Haunted House (Thoughts and Regrets)

Well, some of it anyway.

For the PAC show, I did makeup on my cousin, her co-host Insan and King Arthur (and quite crappily on Vanessa -I'm so sorry ughhh-) I honestly thought I'd do the makeup of the hosts only, actually, just my cousin LOL. That's what I was meant to do. To do some other people on the side made me a bit frustrated because I didn't have all the things I'd need.

I don't think I have any close-ups of my cousin on the day itself that's clear enough, so this should suffice.

Since it was meant to be stage makeup, I made sure the blush is as bright and pigmented as possible (honestly, it wasn't pigmented, I just layered it like hell). The test makeup I did for the full-dress rehearsal used a hot pink, but my sister thought it was too weird, so on the day itself, I used an apple red. The eyeshadow on the full-dress rehearsal was a bit rough, so I made sure to blend better on the day itself.

If you noticed it, there's a missing spot on the brows LOL
I used only brow powder xD
This pic is a bit washed out.
Full-dress rehearsal pic.
My cousin is allergic to SPF so I made sure none of the products contained SPF. She used her own BB Cream from TheFaceShop because it lasts and she's not allergic to it. I think I also used the Tony Moly Pot Concealer in shade 01.

She also did her own eyelashes with my Too Faced 'Better Than Sex' mascara.
She likes the mascara. Hah.

I wanted to add falsies, but I was questioning it too. She has hooded eyelids and well, I don't. So I didn't want to risk it either. Allergies and stuff, y'know.

*Pics are taken by...someone tell me!*

It shows up on stage, yes!
Actually, I was told to make the eye makeup a bit higher up, so on the day itself, I was like "Screw this, let's make it touch your brows!" and so it did.

For the brows, I used the Zoeva 322 Brow Line and the Makeup Academy Brow Kit.
Guys, if you're getting ONE brush, get this brush.

It's AMAZING. Well, for applying it on another person anyway. I haven't tried it for myself xD
There's just so much precision with it.

All about the eyes.
I made sure to blend it better on the real day lol
For the base, I used the Maybelline Colour Tattoo in 'Inked in Pink'
Then I layered the two pinks from the Sleek Ultra Mattes V1, then I used the 42 Stack Shimmer Palette and patted shimmery purples and pinks.

I didn't put eyeliner because she felt like it didn't need eyeliner.
Kinda agreed.

Or maybe I did, I don't remember anymore.

I'm not sure if it's the makeup or she just looks evil.
For the lips, she used a Tony Moly Lip Stain that was blood red, then I added some gradient on the sides with Sleek True Colour Matte Lipstick in 'Cranberry'.

I then sprayed Urban Decay's 'de-slick Makeup Setting Spray'.
I dunno if it did anything tbh LOL

Oh yeah, she was also using my wig xD it was a tangled mess BUT LOOK, it looks so good on stage xD

It's this wig!
Ignore the crappily PS-ed brows, I didn't have my burgundy liner back then.
In comparison, the makeup I did on Insan and Arthur was....ugh, not that good.
I did it roughly, because I thought I'd have time to touch up more. Considering the things I had to work with (or lack of), as a base it was okay ;-;

I had to have someone help me touch up though, make it darker.
Thank you guys!

And Vanessa's...I feel like I've tortured your eyes T-T

So basically, yeah, I need to build my kit better.

---

As for the BJFA Haunted House, I did my own makeup and just helped with the SFX application for Umi.

We didn't have a lot of time, I came late. I'm sorry uguuu.

As you can see from the photos, it did not blend as well as I wanted it to.

Because this one doesn't dry, and we didn't have any liquid or cream white makeup, I couldn't blend it with white. That annoyed me a bit ;-;

This was the second batch, the drier batch, and you can see how dry it is, and how thick.

*Pics are taken by Ninja (?!)*

Before blending.
Thankfully Umi had some coconut oil (I think it was coconut), so I could blend it a bit to the skin.

She did her own base, and Lynn (I think that's the spelling) helped with the eyeliner and blood application.

Umi was applying the essence All Matt Powder.
Yeah, I wish I had some liquid/cream white.

Before blood and eyeliner.
I wanted to do more blood but she's a minimalist xD

After blood and eyeliner.
However, we did end up making it more bruised and bloody half way through the scaring session (because the scar wax dried up -because it was already dried as hell-)

It was cracking.
Y'know, Ju-On has her mouth open most of the time lol
*Pic by Umi*
If you cover the sides of the mouth with your finger, it does look good.
I didn't want to put it too close to the mouth, because I did when I did my makeup the other day...and I had the fake blood too close to my mouth.

UGHH.
It was horrible.

Anyway, for the second day, I was supposed to be a scary doll.
Not scary, more like creepy.

I wasn't feeling it.

Makeup test.
Somehow, the one with thick eyeliner makes it more doll-like.
I was trying to follow the traditional Japanese doll.
But yeah, but my eyes don't fit it lol

Ugh, my dry lips.
MY DRY LIPS.

Can I cry? lol

I should have done both sides I guess, but there was a time limit and I really wanted to scare people.

This was the day I bruised my knee from the jump scares.

Haha.

My poor yukata as well.

That's dedication, y'know.
Thankfully I didn't damage it.

---

So, here are my thoughts and regrets:

- If only I had a complete kit and was told in advanced about doing makeup on extra people, I'd be more satisfied with my work. I guess I should have known better. But yeah, lesson learned.

- I CAN do makeup faster, I'm just slow lol. Or I want it to be perfect, at least on my cousin.

(Pretty sure I'm a closet perfectionist that works last minute. I expect last minute perfection, can that be done?)

- I NEED assistance, even Pro-MUAs have some assistance in doing other things at the same time, to make it faster. So thank you guys, who were willing to help and half-do their own makeup.

- I know I could do better. Pretty sure I can do better.

- I don't multi-task apparently. Not very well, anyway.

- I do not work well when I'm hormonal. I nearly punched some people lol. Or had thoughts to do so.

- I need to label my products (especially during Kuriose, where everyone wanted to borrow stuff - I had to borrow black eyeshadow as well)

---

But yeah, that's about it.
I guess.

Haha..I wanna buy proper SFX stuff ;-;

'til then, take care!

Slit-Mouthed Woman/Kuchisake-Onna using DIY Scarwax

A few weeks to a month ago, my cousin told me about the Japanese Culture Week that was just wrapped up today. He asked if I'd like to cosplay or be involved in the haunted house. When I heard the 'haunted house' being mentioned, I was like "HELL YES!"

I may be susceptible to getting bothered by ghosts and spirits but I do love horror stuff.
In fact, I immediately wanted to be Kuchisake-Onna.

That ghost/urban legend and me go WAYYY back.

Back in 2008 when I was in Japan, I remember my host sister telling me about her at a park.
We were out accompanying her little sister playing.

I was on the swing set or something, that part I don't remember BUT I remember her telling the story. It was cold (Spring just came) and windy, a bit gloomy...the weather was perfect for a horror story.

And then she told me, in Japanese -while I was not fluent yet- the story.
Somehow I guess, horror stories just translate themselves.

Because I understood every bit of it.

She told me it's the only thing (or ghost) that her mom is scared of.
That she'll always have hard candy with her just in case, to distract the ghost so she can run...

Plus, we had a Haunted Festival for our Bunkasai (School Festival) and I really wanted to be Kuchisake-Onna but wasn't allowed to.
But it's fine, back then I was fat as hell.

ANYWAY, after what my cousin said, when I went back home, I immediately went to play with makeup.

At first I was fretting, like "MAN I don't have any SFX stuff D:"

So I did the slit with just makeup.
It didn't work that well unless it's from afar.

From afar, my sis was like "WHOA"
Then I came closer and she's like "Eh"
So the next day, I looked up DIYs and found this!

I had vaseline and flour.
So I went to mix it.

This is a last minute batch I made for the JCW.
It was a bit drier than my first batch.
My first attempt at using this turned out like this:

It was a bit too big.
Although it does look like it's smiling.

Used eyeshadow, burgundy lipstick and black gel liner for making it more realistic.
Attempt number 2 turned out better I guess.

The lenses made it less scary lol
One side was more deep, and the other was more shallow and open.
I preferred the deeper side.

Yeah, this side.
I didn't have fake blood then.

Debating whether or not to make the lips patchy red or just pale.

Trying to look scary.
Here's the close-up of my favourite side.

Eww.
Unfortunately on the day itself, the new batch I made, kinda made it harder for me to kinda blend it.
And it was thick.

Disgusting to be honest.

With the fake blood.
Unfortunately I didn't take pics of today's last minute wound. It looked quite nice, I used the old batch, it was more emollient.

Well I hope I can show it from the embassy group photo lol.

When I bought the fake blood, I was disappointed because it was very light.

Just a test.
So I Googled.

And I found this:

Used cocoa powder!

So, I did and well, it worked. Ish.
And it smells like cocoa powder.

I don't think I can scare people though, somehow, maybe it was the darkness but every customer kept saying I looked pretty or fabulous.

I'm like "Whaaat"
It turned me off from scaring them LOL

Until I found that jump scares work the best.

And I even hurt my knee from doing this jump scare lol
It was basically slamming my body (yes, slamming) on the floor out of nowhere, kinda.
When I heard some screams from shock, I smiled :D

Some were unfazed but hey, timing was key.
And I couldn't see ;-;

My body ached from this action.

At least I didn't get punched or stepped on.
I was NEARLY stepped on.

I feel bad for some of the volunteers that got hurt :T people, be nice!
And don't be rude!

It was nice though, kinda.
They were strangers (at first), I wasn't really part of the community but it worked.
Met some very awesome people too.

I DON'T KNOW how they can scream time after time but they did, consistently too.
I only did that on the first day.

;-; really want to work with proper liquid latex and stuff though.
I need to buy a foundation palette as well. Just for my kit.

Practice does make perfect and I prefer to work with a big mirror LOL, just from this experience.

Makeup IS art, and it CAN be art.
Since I stopped drawing and painting, it feels about the same.

I like to take my time and I hate rushing.
When I did the makeup for PAC's Kuriose, I was rushed (and lacked some stuff) to do makeup and I HATED that. I guess that's how backstage is at runway shows and stuff.

I was only happy with the makeup I did on my cousin.
Maybe I'll share that on another post.

'til then, take care!

Makeup "Organising" + My First Shu Uemura :3

...or trying to.

I've bought myself an Ikea Trofast (that's mainly used to store toys) from HomeStar last month? Or so, but I remember it was when my parents were in the US. My room is a mess but I really want to put my makeup in one place. It's all over the place, really.

I bought the one that can have 10 small drawers, but I also got the medium sized drawer to store things that might be too big (palettes and such), or just backups. All in all, I have 8 small drawers and 2 medium ones. I bought 2 covers only (because to buy all of them? I think they were either BND2.50~3.50 or something. That's too much).

The cover has holes on them anyway, so it can't really protect the makeup from dust...that much.
My plan as of now, is to put transparent covers on them. It's workable for now.

I only have three drawers so far that's "filled".

In actuality, I just tossed them in there, especially the first drawer.

Base Makeup Section
Well, most of them.
This is where I put my primers, my BB creams, concealers and powders.

There are some things that I need to sift through and throw away, or give away, especially those that don't work with me (clogged my pores, broke me out) and old things.

I've been having very bad clogged pores, I noticed it from using the Pixy powder and a primer. Still need to re-test it to make sure though.

I need to review the Etude House Cotton Fit BB Cream and the Dr Jart+ one. Have I?

But my go-to BBs right now are those, and the Nymph Aura Volumer Baby Glow Balm. I LOVE THEM.

I seriously do!

I have a lot of scarring right now (because my face scars very easily), so I do dot some concealer around.

Really need my trusty Nexcare patches ASAP.
Guardian's been out of stock for months already. I am dying.

Random Section
For now, this stores my eye primers and cream shadows, single shadows, neutral palettes, foundations, blushes and contour products.

I might move this around still, to include some liners and lip products. I dunno.

I need a drawer where I store all my daily essentials. Well, "daily". I don't wear makeup often, especially since my skin is clogged as f***.

Small/Medium Palettes Section
These are mostly palettes that I don't really reach out for but I still do, when I want to.
I try and really rotate my palettes around so they all get used...but I need to really pack them on to actually make dents LOL.

I like how this drawer looks like. So colourful~

The plan is to have a drawer for my daily brushes, face base, other essentials....etc.
One drawer I'd depend on when I'm in a hurry and all that.

I think I'll have enough space.

I'm very bad with organising, I really am.

However, I'd like to think that this way, I know that I need to stop buying things I don't need. Even my friend doesn't encourage me to go to makeup stores anymore. I can window shop, but he'll remind me that I don't need it.

Frequent repurchases are normally body lotions, toothpaste, dry shampoo and makeup wipes anyway.

So yeah.

Things I always end up buying are eye primers, concealers and foundation/BB creams. I KNOW I don't need them.

My friend's like "Well, only if you review them"

And I'm like "........haha. I'll try."

Honestly, there are a lot of things I'd want to review...but I have this set template that I don't wanna change, but I need to.

I need to make my reviews shorter and straight to the point lol.

I love rambling.

BLEAH.

( '-' ) sigh.

Anyway, I got this!

Haruki Murakami S-Curler
I've been wanting this for a long time, regretted not getting it last year.
It would have been cheaper buying it back then....plus I wouldn't have needed to pay shipping!

Well, I've had a hard time sleeping thinking about wanting this, so I caved.
They also gave me a free box of falsies (quite dramatic).

I got mine from dolltodollcosmetics.com .
Here's the link to the S-Curler.

It takes time to get used to using it....my right eye was weirdly sensitive to it, but my left was okay.

So yeah :D HAPPY.

But the customs didn't release my SaSa package (I came late, so I need to wait for Pharmacy approval. PHOOEY)

BLEAH.

I hope it's all approved.

Anyway, yeah, I rambled.

'til then, take care!

Review: Etude House Play Color Eyes Palette

Hi guys, today I'm gonna do a quick review on this limited edition palette by Etude House!
I have it in #2 So Chic Play.

Etude House Play Color Eyes #So Chic Play
PRODUCT INFORMATION

This palette has 10 eyeshadow colours. Each pan has 1g of product and they're meant to be used up within 24 months. It is housed in a sturdy plastic packaging and has a mirror. It also contains two double ended foam applicators (which are useful to pack on colour). There is also another variant called the #1 So Hot Play. The palette is made in Korea. It costs about BND26-40 depending on where you buy it.

Ten gorgeous colours to choose from.
I lost the plastic flap that has all the names, so I had to look them up.

1. Coco Brown (Matte)
2. Clutch Brown (Sparkling/Glitter)
3. Pop Champagne (S/G)
4. French Kiss (Matte)
5. Misty Rose (Matte)
6. Diva (Shimmer)
7. Glam Forest (S/G)
8. Midnight Star (S/G)
9. Sparkling Wine (S/G)
10. Leopard Brown (Matte)

Texture of the glitter shades.
I've worn this palette a few times already, I've only ever used the mattes the most.
It's for obvious reasons though, I go for mattes nowadays to go to uni. Plus, these glitters are unforgiving with the fall out. The glitter reminded me of Urban Decay somehow, just from how it looks like.

My favourite half
This is the side I go to the most, but with difficulty.

I love French Kiss and Misty Rose BUT it takes so much effort to have it show up (even then, barely) on my eyelids. With primer, without, it looks almost the same. It lasts long without primer though, if you pack it on. I got this palette because of the pinky shades, it reminded me of Naked 3.

Coco Brown is perfect to darken the outer corners and also line your eyes with but it much more tame for the day look.

As for the glitter shades, I can only apply it nicely with my finger. With a brush is a bit hard, unless you use a sticky base.

I am making a noticeable dent on the two shades that are hard to work with though, for obvious reasons.

I swatched French Kiss three times, the rest are with one finger swipe.
The other half of this palette is a hit and miss.
I neglect two shades a lot.

Wanna guess?

Pretty in the pan
I DO love Diva, I love it on the crease.
Sparkling Wine...I've used twice.

Leopard Brown is a reddish brown, more ideal for smokier looks.

I never use Midnight Star, I think I tried, but it barely showed up. It's the same with Glam Forest.

All are swatched once, with Leopard Brown having some difficulty in transferring.
I think the main problem with this palette for me is the difficulty in having it packed on with a brush. I've tried the foam applicator, a natural hair brush and my finger...but it was really hard to pack on, and I don't have much time for packing it on.

I don't have the patience.

Didn't fall in love with palette, I kinda half regretted it, but at the same time, the shades are quite unique in some ways?

I prefer the Etude singles rather than the palettes I guess.

I would have been happier with the Rose Flowering Eyes Palette, maybe.

Applied with a natural hair brush.
Swatched:

-Leopard Brown
-Clutch Brown
-Midnight Star

I had to swatch it 3-4 times. It's very difficult in trying to build up the colour of the glitter shades.
I'm just not a fan of Midnight Star.

Not a must have I guess, unless you really love Etude House.

---

PROS:

- 10 wearable shades.
- Has a nice balance of mattes and glitter.
- Travel-friendly.
- Lasts well without primer.
- Has a nice mirror.

CONS:

- Not available locally (for now)
- Glitter shades are prone to fallout.
- Very hard to pack on the colours on the lid.
- Kinda pricy depending on where you get it from.

Rating: 3/5 (it's okay, but not the best)

Will I buy this again?

Nope, I don't think it's worth it, especially since I have a lot of other palettes that work better.

Do I recommend this?

I'm not too keen on having you guys get it without swatching it first, it's a miss for me, just because I'm so used to theBalm and Urban Decay and other palettes that work better. Yes, this is more affordable, but if you think about it, your money might be better used for a better palette. I'm not wowed by this at all.

Where can you buy this?

You can get it online quite easily. I don't think Etude House Brunei is bringing this in, I might be wrong.

---

Hope you found this helpful.
I'm quite surprised with some people raving about it but then again, did they buy it themselves? Maybe they haven't tried a lot of brands.

I just don't think it's the best. I think you're better off buying Nude'tude.

'til then, take care!

Review: Rimmel London Stay Matte Longlasting Pressed Powder

Hi guys :)
It's been a while since I wrote another review.

Today, I have for you guys a review for the much loved...
Rimmel London Stay Matte Longlasting Pressed Powder!

Rimmel London Stay Matte Longlasting Pressed Powder
I have this in the shade '001 Transparent'.

The product claims to:

- Have up to 5 hours of natural shine control with natural minerals.
- Help minimise the appearance of pores.

This powder contains 14g of product and is housed in a plastic case with no mirror and no applicator. There are 5 or 6 other shades available, depending on where you get it from. It is made in England and should be used up within 30 months. My mom got this from Superdrug for £3.99. This powder is also dermatologically tested.

Yep. It looks like this now.

INGREDIENTS
TALC, MICA, MAGNESIUM STEARATE, POLYETHYLENE, PETROLATUM, PHENYL TRIMETHICONE, DIMETHICONE, POLYBUTENE, ISOSTEARYL NEOPENTANOATE, ETHYLHEXYL METHOXYCINNAMATE, TOCOPHERYL ACETATE, METHYLPARABEN, COCOS NUCIFERA (COCONUT) OIL, PARAFFINUM LIQUIDUM/MINERAL OIL/HUILE MINERALE, PROPYLPARABEN, ZINC OXIDE, PARFUM/FRAGRANCE, ALOE BARBADENSIS, POLYSORBATE 20, BHT, BUTYLPHENYL METHYLPROPIONAL, BENZYL SALICYLATE, CITRONELLOL, HEXYL CINNAMAL, HYDROXYISOHEXYL 3-CYCLOHEXENE CARBOXALDEHYDE, LINALOOL, BUTYLPARABEN. [May Contain/Peut Contenir/+/-: TITANIUM DIOXIDE (CI 77891), IRON OXIDES (CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77499), ULTRAMARINES (CI 77007).
I've been using this powder since last year and I have barely made a dent! I've used it with a fluffy brush and also with a sponge to set my makeup, or to use it as a light matte finish over sunscreen and concealer.

Barely made a dent.

Swatched on the finger, it has a light off-white hue to it, but when blended to the hand, it just disappears. The powder itself feels smooth to the touch, and quite soft.

It swatches off-white.

Swatched on the back of my hand, it just blurs out the skin a little, giving it a matte smooth finish, minimising the small fine lines on my hand.

Using it a finishing powder over my oily T-zone, I don't feel like it does prevent my makeup from budging. The shine control does NOT last up to 5 hours. Maybe on me, it lasts 2 to 3 hours, depending on what my base makeup is. It does help set my concealer quite well. It does work well as a blotting powder.

I don't experience it accentuating my dry flaky skin (from dried up acne), or accentuating the pores. It does help minimise my pore quite well when I'm not wearing a base (just sunscreen and moisturiser).

I also feel like the packaging is quite cheap. There are times where I thought I lost the cover. Bringing it around to touch up is also hard because there are no applicators (or a separate compartment for it). I do somehow feel like a mirror would be good.

For the price though, you can't go wrong. It's like you're just paying for the product itself, so that's good.

In some ways, storing this is easy due to the packaging. It IS quite compact.

Unfortunately, it just doesn't really work to control the shine :(

---

PROS:

- Affordable.
- There's a transparent shade, useful for just setting your makeup.
- Helps even out my skin-tone if I'm just using sunscreen.
- Sets concealers well.
- Very lightweight.
- Removes shine.
- Minimises pores and fine lines.
- Does not clog pores.

CONS:

- Not locally available.
- Cheap packaging.
- No mirror.
- No applicator.
- Limited shades (if you want some colour)
- Does NOT control shine for longer than 2 to 3 hours for me.
- Does not prevent my makeup base from smearing.

Rating: 3.5/5 (I enjoy using it, but I wished it was a lot better)

Will I buy this again?

Probably not, because it lasts a long time and it doesn't control my shine well.
I do have a backup though lol.

Do I recommend this?

Maybe for normal skin. I personally don't think it keeps my face matte long enough for me to recommend it.

I do prefer it over my theBalm Sexy Mama though because the texture stays smooth (will be explained when I do the review for this lol)

Where can you find this?

I'm not sure if you can buy this locally but it is available online.

---

Hopefully that was helpful!

Have you tried this? How did it work for you?

Does it help control your oil?

'til then, take care!

Blame the Post Office (Giveaway Sneak Peek)

Haha, well, actually it's also procrastinating, but mostly it's the post office's fault!
I swear.

I mean, the reason why I'm taking my sweet time with the collective haul video is because the post office loves to marinate my packages! Always! It's annoying, especially if the tracking says "Arrived on the 2nd of January", the card was stamped on the 8th, but it was sent on the 15th. WHAT.

How stupid!! UGH.

Well yeah, I was waiting for three packages before I wanna do my haul.
But eh.

What made it worse, also, was that one of my cards was MISSENT. Can you believe that??? I just feel so over with the postal system here.

Anyway, I'll try and do the video tomorrow after uni, and do the damn giveaway.

Here's the stuff I waited for:

Waiting like hell for these.
I'll do the breakdown in the video somehow.
Maybe.

I can't trust myself.

Also:

For the giveaway.
It's nothing much to be honest, unlike my past giveaways maybe? There's no totally high-end stuff in here lol

See?
I'll add a few more things.

But hopefully I'll have this up soon omg ;-;

I'm so sorry for neglecting my blog.
Since I went back to uni, it's just, I can't seem to divide time well.

I need to take pics for reviews too, and trying out this product.

I'm actually chapping my lips for it.
Yes, I am that dedicated because I don't normally have chapped lips unless it's like last year.

ARGH.

Until they bleed....but stupid me didn't take pics.

Also quite busy with the cats ;-; like, yesterday, was so busy because of them.
So yeah, hopefully I'll record the collective haul and giveaway next week.

NEXT WEEK!!

'til then, take care!!

Another Miri Haul 。◕‿◕。 (With a Story)

Hi guys!
Yesterday I went to Miri with my parents to make new lenses for my glasses (my degree went WAYYY down) so yeah. I didn't plan on buying a lot of makeup, honest! I just planned to get only the two things I booked...but I'll explain in a bit why I went ahead and bought a lot of...something.

I didn't sleep the night before so I just went and prepped myself in the morning, threw on some weird clothes combination (I don't mind how I look but people a.k.a my sister usually says something if it looks too off). I also stupidly went ahead and wore contacts because I thought I'd be without my glasses for the whole day (ended up removing them in the car when I wanted to sleep).

I ended up not wearing them at all when I arrived at Miri because it only takes 30 minutes for my new lenses LOL. I walked around blind the whole time.

I never realised how long my face was, maybe it's the lack of glasses and the hair.
I stupidly decided to use a sunscreen WITH a non-SPF BB-cream. Wrong move. My face melted. Everything smeared---it was horrible.

Buy hey, I loved my brows!

Just something comfy on.
I was testing out some products to review too. One of them passed with flying colours~ but I can't review it just yet!

So yeah, when we reached Miri, at the money exchange, I had a small accident.

Papercut Accident.
That's my blood on the floor, all smeared. There was a lot of blood from a tiny papercut (which I can still recall in my head). I guess due to it being at the tip of my finger, there was just a lot of red and it HURT. I can still hear the sound the paper made as it sliced through my finger...it was loud o(;△;)o

When I was still without glasses, I went ahead and bought some magazines. It was hard to kinda squint all the time.

Haven't finished reading them.
Anyway, I was left alone most of the time to finish a lot of errands for my sis. I was supposed to get her some stuff she needs for her business, so yeah.

During lunch, I went to Watsons and grabbed some stuff because I realized then how dry and patchy my undereye was! I needed a moisturising concealer, ASAP!

Not pictured is a body brush!
From Watsons I got:

- Watsons Square Puffs
- Simple Regeneration Age-Resisting Eye Cream
- Maybelline "Pure.Concealer" Mineral Healthy Natural Concealer in '01 Light' (it's really the name, Japanese version)
- SilkyGirl Skin Perfect Liquid Concealer in '02 Natural'
- Garnier BB Eye Roll-on in 'Natural'

I know, I went a bit crazy with the concealers but I honestly don't have many that are moisturising enough! They were mostly affordable though, especially with the sale going on!

I might open the Garnier one first and hope it works!

OH, btw, when I went out of Watsons, the fucking thing beeped on me! I had to like just hand over my stuff even though I know I paid for it. I HATE Watsons security thing, it always beeps for whatever reason! UGH.

ヽ(#`Д´)ノ

I know I didn't steal anything so I just waited impatiently for my stuff :/
Sigh.

After that I went to have lunch with my parents. I had chicken parmigiana from Secret Recipe. I wasn't very hungry but I finished the chicken.

I went to SaSa next, to get my booked stuff. I had to fight myself and not go into TheFaceShop and Tony Moly this time, it was so hard.

At SaSa, I asked for my stuff lol.
They got the foundation wrong but luckily they have it in-stock.

Whee~
I got:

- theBalm Balm Voyage LE Palette (and a mini Stainiac for free)
- Revlon Colorstay for Oily/Combination skin in '310 Warm Golden'
- Kate Stick Concealer in 'Natural Beige'

I asked for a moisturising concealer for the under-eye and as expected, they lead me to theBalm. I have had my eyes on the TimeBalm Concealer, yes, but I didn't think it was moisturising for me right now. I think I might get it, one day, once I finish a lot of my concealers lol. But when she suggested the Kate one, I really liked it! It was quite nice and easily blended.

I also removed most of my makeup wish list items on my wish list page because a friend suggested I should do that because I have a lot of makeup.

As for the foundation, I really wanna try it but I think I can try and not do so, yet. I hope I can do more foundation/BB cream reviews for you guys! I think I might re-take all the photos for reviews, or at least add swatches on my lips or eyes or face LOL.

Also got some clothes.
One of them is too small for me, at least it's too small for my bum area. I'm quite chubby and I've been doing squats...I don't think it helped. Losing fat on my legs would make it fit well I guess. I'm talking about the pale mint thing in the middle. I don't know what it's called...

I've been wearing the headscarf a lot when I go out so the clothes I picked might not suit such a thing. When I go to Miri I don't use it, I try to, but my head hurts a lot if I travel too far.

Last but not least, I got:

My Kribit a.k.a Mr Doorstop.
I shared the story on my Instagram but yeah, basically I was confused as to why he's heavy but bought him anyway, until I saw on the receipt that he's a doorstop.

A fluffy doorstop.

Ah well.

There were also some items from Super Save but it's really small things.

That's it!

I will post a collective haul for November I believe because look, it's DECEMBER XD

OHGOSH.

It's December.
I have no more time to think, I need to decide.

'til then, take care!

P.S: Oh btw, I saw the "new" Maybelline Dream line and swatched them, didn't like it very much, so I didn't get it. It was quite affordable though. I wish they brought in the concealer too!
